About us

International Charity Fund “Heart” was founded in 2013 in the Republic of Estonia. This fund is a quickly developing social project, working in many countries and leading its activity in information environment of Internet, which is rapidly progressing every day.

The purpose of our fund is to help as many seriously ill children and young people as possible, given that every man with a kind heart will act so.

The fund is all of us, gratuitously working team, volunteers, reliable partners, honorable sponsors and of course people lending support by contributing money for children’s treatment. The people, whose hearts haven’t got hard. The people, who are ready to give a helping hand to make hearts beating full of happiness but not skipping a beat from sorrow.

Our basic concern

Charity activity in the form of rendering patronage and other support for children suffering from serious diseases, their families and also clinics and other organizations providing medical and other supporting for children and youth.

Our objects

• mobilization of financial and other support;
• popularization of donorship;
• payment for pharmaceuticals, medical technique, medical testing, manipulations and also prothetic appliances, orthoses, wheelchairs and other convalescent facilities;
• payment for hotel accommodation and transit of patients and members of their families to the place of treatment and back;
• production of films, music, different Web services and also publishing activity;
• organizing of cultural, education and social programs;
• organization of cultural, educational and social programs;
• developing and realizing projects that permit to consolidate facilities of big, medium and small bisiness, facilities of budget and physical entities for development of charity and financing of social sphere.
